Banking is part of everyone’s daily life. So from personal experience you know what we do. But now we are inviting you to share your ideas that can bring Retail Banking to the next level.


The five-year Retail Banking Leadership Programme is a unique chance to become one of our future leaders. What will the future bring? Will mobile phone banking become the next big thing? Will internet entirely replace traditional banking offices? We serve millions of customers, so the decisions you make have ample impact and involve a high level of empathy. It is your challenge to make financial services appealing and easy to deal with. In an international, dynamic and complex playing field you will aim for innovative and customer-oriented solutions that add value to the business as well.

The tailor-made programme will start with an orientation phase of 12 to 18 months. Through challenging (international) projects and a group assignment you will find out which field suits you best. In the next three to four years you will increase your knowledge, skills and network in two different Retail positions. With enough rope to develop your vision and skills, career-wise you will go full speed ahead. Soon, you might be the one designing our future.
